The Senior Area Sales Manager will drive sales growth and strengthen customer partnerships within the building materials and roofing distribution industry. This role focuses on supporting distributors, lumber companies, and contractors by providing consultative sales solutions that help them grow their businesses profitably. Working as a trusted business advisor, you will combine commercial expertise, financial acumen, and market insights to identify opportunities and overcome customer challenges. You will manage an assigned territory, develop existing accounts, and build new business relationships while executing strategic sales plans. The position also involves delivering value-based product recommendations, implementing pricing strategies, and identifying market trends. Accountabilities

As Senior Area Sales Manager, you will oversee sales activities across your assigned territory, building strategic customer relationships and delivering sustainable business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
