Job Description ROLE: The Specialist, Paid Media Strategy is responsible for the planning, execution, optimization, and performance management of paid media campaigns that support viewership and audience acquisition goals for our brands / programming. Working closely with agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders, this role develops audience-driven media plans, monitors campaign performance, manages budgets and pacing, and identifies opportunities to improve effectiveness through optimization, testing, and data-driven decision-making. This role serves as a critical liaison between internal teams and agency partners, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and aligned with broader marketing and business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the development and management of paid media campaigns to deliver on campaign performance goals Create and present actionable media briefs, inclusive of audience insights, budget, goals and KPIs, ensuring agency partners are clear on campaign objectives and success metrics when developing plans Own the media plan review, feedback and approval process with agency partners, ensuring campaigns deliver on brief and meet/exceed work quality standards Brief internal Marketing Creative and Production partners on paid campaign asset requirements, ensuring that creative and messaging is optimized by target segment and media channel Oversee the campaign execution process, troubleshooting through roadblocks, ensuring successful launch and optimizing throughout lifespan of campaigns Coordinate with internal teams (brand strategy, social, press, digital, editorial, scheduling, production, owned media) to align paid campaigns with holistic campaign strategies In partnership with Marketing Analytics and media agency team, set campaign performance goals that ladder up to overall paid media measurement framework; evaluate performance against established KPIs and communicate to internal stakeholders Monitor campaign performance against established KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and partner with agency teams to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and business impact. Support testing and learning initiatives by implementing experiments, evaluating results, and sharing insights to improve future campaign performance. Responsible for recommending individual campaign budgets, utilizing budget forecasting and media mix models to determine necessary investment to hit campaign goals Manage campaign budgets and pacing to ensure investments are optimized, accurately tracked, and aligned to approved spending plans. Manage pacing against contractual spend commitments and adherence to terms of partnership agreements Serve as paid media subject matter expert for the Global Marketing team Develop & maintain relationships with media partners to stay up to date on capabilities and first-to-market opportunities; stay up-to-date on marketplace trends and innovation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 2-4 years’ experience managing paid media campaigns Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into compelling narratives Proactive self-starter, comfortable moving projects forward independently Experience with budget planning and management Test and learn mindset Highly collaborative with both internal and external partners AI fluency and prompting skill.

Compensation Hourly Pay Range: $35.83 - $41.21 Annual Incentive Target: 5% The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience.
