We are a rapidly growing, early-stage consumer tech company building products designed to surface what people actually think, not the curated, performative version of opinions that floods most social feeds. We are a new social app for finding out what people really think. Through questions, predictions, and anonymous answers, users can test their read of the room, compare themselves to others, and see where people actually stand on everyday opinions, dilemmas, and debates.
This is a small team with strong conviction and a product that is genuinely different from anything in the market. The person in this role will have direct access to leadership and real ownership over how we show up publicly.
We need to build an audience. The product has a strong concept and a compelling story, but right now, most of the world hasn't heard it yet. This role exists to change that. You will own our social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, and other key channels. Your job is to keep our owned channels active, coherent, and learning each week by packaging questions, results, product moments, community reactions, and approved UGC into social-native content.
You’ll manage the content calendar, write and package posts, coordinate assets, track performance, and identify what our audience is responding to. You’ll also work closely with our UGC Manager, who owns creator strategy and creator relationships, to make sure learnings flow between UGC and company's owned channels.
Beyond content creation, you'll work directly with leadership to build the infrastructure behind the content: workflows, templates, scheduling systems, and AI-assisted processes that make the machine run without everything falling apart when someone is unavailable.
This is not a "post three times a week and report metrics" role. This is an operating role for someone who can help build a repeatable social content system while still moving quickly and testing often.
2–4 years of hands-on social media or digital content experience, with a portfolio to show for it. Deep, native familiarity with TikTok and Instagram — you understand how the platforms and algorithms actually work, not just how to use them. Strong judgment for short-form social content, including hooks, pacing, captions, visual packaging, and platform-native formats. Strong copywriting skills — you can write captions, scripts, and short-form content that is punchy, clear, and on-brand. Comfortable tracking basic content performance and turning learnings into next steps. Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva or Figma is preferred, for basic formatting, captioning, adding/removing branded graphics etc). Comfort with short-form video production, including creating simple edits, coordinating edits, and giving feedback on social assets. (Capcut is the preferred tool). Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content streams simultaneously. Self-directed and comfortable working in an early-stage environment where not everything is defined yet.
