We bring specialized expertise in strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, data analytics, talent management, human capital management, and PMO services. Our core values, that we apply to everything we do, are Integrity, Superior Value, Excellence, Teamwork, Empowerment and Continuous Learning.
We value highly and therefore cultivate a collaborative working culture that emphasizes each employee's strengths and interests in building our team and delivering for clients.
SCT is seeking a Social Marketing/Communications Specialist with at least five years of experience to provide strategic communications, social marketing, and outreach support to the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) G-1 Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness (DPRR) for the purpose of increasing the physical and psychological health, resilience, readiness, and performance of Soldiers, Families, and Department of the Army (DA) Civilians.

Support the development and execution of communication, social marketing, awareness, and outreach materials for DPRR to ensure strategic messaging reaches intended audiences, achieves required frequency, and delivers desired outcomes.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in mass communication, marketing, advertising, public relations, health communications, or journalism.
Well-versed in the stages of social marketing and benchmark criteria.
Army/DoW experience a plus.
