About the Role

MacroAgility Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced SEO & Paid Advertising Specialist to improve our online visibility, grow organic search traffic, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate will specialize in content-driven SEO strategies while independently managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns. This position requires someone who is analytical, proactive, and capable of identifying opportunities, implementing improvements, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on content optimization, keyword rankings, and organic traffic growth.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap assessments.
• Optimize website pages, landing pages, and blog articles for search engines.
• Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate necessary improvements.
• Independently create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Monitor advertising budgets, targeting, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Analyze website traffic, search rankings, and lead-generation results.
• Provide regular reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Marketing Specialist on marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO, particularly content strategy and on-page optimization.
• Hands-on experience independently managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Ability to track conversions, analyze campaign performance, and improve results.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.
