We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager (North America) to join our Finance and Accounting team. This role will primarily lead indirect tax compliance and operations, with a strong focus on U.S. sales and use tax, while also supporting income tax compliance, tax provision, and related accounting activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead U.S. sales and use tax compliance, including return review, filings, payments, reconciliations, registrations, and nexus monitoring.
• Partner with internal teams and external advisors to determine the taxability of products and services and support accurate tax treatment.
• Manage indirect tax notices, audits, exemptions, and related documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate indirect tax processes, systems, and controls.
• Monitor changes in indirect tax laws and assess potential business impact.
• Prepare data and support the review of Federal, State, and foreign income tax returns.
• Partner with internal and external tax teams on the Company’s income tax provision.
• Maintain the tax compliance calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support tax-related accounting, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Assist with tax due diligence related to mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
• Partner with the North America Tax team of Numerator’s parent company and external auditors as needed.
