Job Description

Design for a brand that lives and breathes alternative culture.

This isn't a traditional fashion design role.

We're looking for a Senior Streetwear Designer with a genuine connection to the alternative fashion scene, someone whose work naturally reflects influences from tattoo culture, gothic aesthetics, punk, skateboarding, metal, emo, and underground streetwear.

If your experience is primarily in luxury fashion, fast fashion, sportswear, corporate apparel, or general graphic design, this role is not the right fit.

We're looking for someone who already speaks our visual language.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Senior Streetwear Designer, you'll take ownership of the creative development of apparel collections, from the first concept to production-ready artwork.

Working closely with the founders and creative team, you'll help shape future collections by introducing fresh ideas while respecting an established visual identity. This is a hands-on role where creativity meets commercial thinking, and where your work will directly influence thousands of customers around the world.

Our product development moves fast, with multiple limited-edition drops every week. Success in this role requires both exceptional creativity and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction of apparel graphics and collections from concept through production.
  • Research emerging trends across streetwear, music, tattoo art, skate culture, alternative fashion, and underground communities.
  • Translate cultural movements into commercially successful apparel designs.
  • Develop original graphics, garments, print placements, and collection concepts.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork including layered Illustrator files, colour separations, and print specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership throughout every product drop.
  • Continuously evolve existing collections while introducing fresh creative directions.
  • Use customer feedback, sales data, and market insights to improve future collections.
  • Present concepts confidently and contribute strategically to the creative direction of the brand.
  • Deliver high-quality work within a fast-paced product release schedule.

Required Experience

We're looking for designers who can clearly demonstrate experience creating commercial streetwear collections.

You should have:

  • 2–5+ years of experience designing apparel for streetwear or alternative fashion brands.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing original apparel graphics and commercially released collections.
  • Proven experience designing garments such as oversized t-shirts, hoodies, outerwear, and graphic apparel.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong knowledge of apparel production, print techniques, fabrics, trims, colour separations, and production workflows.
  • Excellent understanding of trend forecasting and consumer behaviour within the streetwear market.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Professional fluency in English.

The Portfolio We're Looking For

Your portfolio should clearly demonstrate experience designing commercially successful apparel inspired by alternative streetwear and underground culture. We're looking for work that naturally reflects influences such as gothic fashion, tattoo art, punk, emo, metal and rock, skateboarding, and heavy graphic apparel.

Candidates should already have a strong visual identity within this space, not simply an interest in these aesthetics.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with all-over print and textile design.
  • Knowledge of specialty printing techniques.
  • Experience working with direct-to-consumer fashion brands.

How to Apply

To be considered, your application must include both:

  • A current CV
  • A visual portfolio (Behance, website, PDF, or Instagram)

Applications submitted without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
