Senior solution consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant based in the United States.

This is a senior Professional Services role focused on delivering sophisticated Customer Experience Automation (CXA) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions.

You will lead strategic implementations that connect customer business objectives with technical solutions, ensuring successful deployment and long-term adoption.

The role combines technical expertise, consulting, customer engagement, and hands-on solution development in a SaaS environment.

You will work closely with customers, partners, Product, Support, and other internal teams to solve complex challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will also help shape implementation standards, templates, playbooks, and best practices to improve consistency and scalability.

As a trusted advisor, you will build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders and provide guidance throughout the customer journey.

This is a remote opportunity for a highly organized, technically fluent consultant who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Accountabilities:

• Lead strategic implementations of CXA and CCaaS solutions for new and existing customers, aligning technical deployments with business requirements and customer use cases.
• Apply industry expertise, product knowledge, and implementation best practices to deliver high-quality solutions and successful customer outcomes.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to customers, internal teams, and external partners throughout implementation projects.
• Support post-implementation success by advising customers on adoption strategies, best practices, optimization opportunities, and actionable next steps.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders, including senior and executive-level leaders, helping them develop long-term CXA strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and other internal teams to resolve technical issues, communicate customer requirements, and support feature development.
• Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of implementation templates, playbooks, frameworks, documentation, and best practices.
• Design and support integrations using programming languages, REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and other technologies required to connect customer systems.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations and practical solutions for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment efficiency, implementation quality, and customer experience across Professional Services engagements.
• Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail, organization, and delivery standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience in a technical role.
• 3+ years of experience in Professional Services, consulting, IT, software development, or a related technical field, preferably working with AI or automation solutions in a SaaS environment.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and SDKs to develop integrations between software systems.
• Working knowledge of foundation models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), large language models (LLMs), orchestration frameworks, and modern AI toolchains.
• Strong consultative approach with the ability to understand customer needs and translate technical capabilities into practical business solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated customer-facing experience, with a mature, professional approach to managing sensitive situations and executive relationships.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, Product, Support, and other internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and proactively taking ownership of challenging projects.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German.
• Experience building or optimizing conversational AI agents, chatbots, virtual assistants, or similar solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk and/or contact center technologies.
• Experience using diagramming and flowchart tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.

• OTE compensation of $117,000–$178,000, depending on level, experience, and role scope.
