Job Description
The Learning Consultant acts as a partner to business management formulating learning and development strategy and plans designed to drive outcomes for the business. Understands the organization's talent, functional/technical capability, and leadership development needs. Develops and implements a variety of learning solutions to meet the organization's long and short term needs to build people capability. Utilizes data and business driven insights to measure the effectiveness of programs and inform ongoing development.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Learning Partners and business stakeholders to identify performance needs and recommend learning solutions that align with commercial priorities.
- Deploy and manage learning curricula, communications, and resources across multiple oncology products and customer-facing audiences.
- Develop, maintain, and organize learning assets, templates, and program tracking tools using platforms such as Excel, internal planning platforms and learning management systems.
- Evaluate learner engagement and program effectiveness through standardized reporting, dashboards, and analytics, using insights to inform improvement.
- Collaborate with Training teams to support reinforcement activities, monitor learning adoption, and measure business impact.
- Implement knowledge reinforcement strategies, assessments, and learning interventions that improve retention and on-the-job application.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure learning initiatives remain aligned with evolving organizational goals and customer needs.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, or currently in pursuit of degree completion, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience (4 years with Master’s degree)
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training, sales enablement, or capability-building roles within a commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment.
- Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, oncology, or commercial training experience preferred, especially in the hematology space.

The salary range for this role is $129,000.00 - $203,100.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
