Role Overview

Great social media doesn’t happen because someone remembered to post on Tuesday. It takes sharp content, thoughtful planning, smart paid campaigns, and someone who can keep the whole machine moving.

As our Sr. Social Media Growth Specialist, you’ll support a US-based client across organic and paid social media, turning established brand strategies into content that builds visibility, trust, audience connection, and growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can create and execute—not just wait for the next instruction. You’ll work within clear brand guardrails, spot gaps early, recommend solutions, and keep multiple brands and workstreams moving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build organic social media tactical plans.
• Own and maintain rolling content calendars.
• Write captions, CTAs, and platform-specific social copy.
• Create polished social media graphics in Canva.
• Coordinate content, video, SMEs, contractors, and other contributors.
• Schedule and publish approved social media content.
• Manage assigned campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Monitor organic and paid social performance.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities.
• Manage workflows, approvals, assets, and deadlines.
• Use performance insights to improve future social media execution.
• Maintain content pipelines ahead of publication, with monthly content moving toward approval at least 30 days before publication.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must Have):

• 6+ years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, paid social, agency, client marketing, or multi-brand marketing.
• Strong organic social media execution experience.
• Excellent social copywriting and editing skills.
• Advanced practical Canva skills.
• Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience.
• Experience managing multiple brands or workstreams.
• Strong content calendar and workflow ownership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively within established brand guidelines and approval processes.

Preferred Qualifications (Experience in any of the following is an advantage):

• Agency or multi-client marketing.
• Professional services.
• Healthcare or wellness.
• B2B marketing.

Work Details

Work Setup: Remote / Work from Home.

Client: US-based.

Schedule: Monday–Friday.

Working Hours: Night-shift (EST).
