FlavCity is a fast-growing, health-focused CPG brand built around clean-ingredient nutrition, including protein smoothies, supplements and functional beverages. Co-founded by YouTube creator Bobby Parrish, whose grocery-label breakdowns and Bobby Approved app have built a following of more than 18 million, and CEO Shawn Bushouse, a longtime CPG executive with prior leadership experience at Nestle and Vital Proteins, FlavCity made its retail debut at Target in October 2025 and is already the number one brand in its category there. What You Will Do

As the analytical backbone of FlavCity’s retail sales team, you’ll be the connective tissue between Sales, Supply Chain and Finance, turning retailer activity, inventory positions and promotional plans into clear inputs for demand and financial planning. Beyond reporting, you’ll turn data into actionable recommendations on assortment, pricing and promotions as the retail business scales.

Responsibilities:

• Own recurring retail sales reporting and portfolio analytics across Target, Walmart, Meijer and other retail partners, flagging opportunities, risks and next steps
• Serve as the analytical link between Sales, Supply Chain and Finance through FlavCity’s S&OP/IBP process
• Monitor weekly retailer POS, inventory and replenishment trends to catch emerging out-of-stock or excess inventory risk early
• Analyze promotional lift and post-event performance to sharpen future forecasts and planning
• Support pricing and trade spend execution, and build assortment recommendations based on SKU performance

Who You Are

You’ve spent 4+ years in sales analytics, retail or CPG analysis, demand planning or category management, ideally with a mix of large, established CPG experience and time at a high-growth brand like FlavCity. You’re comfortable navigating mainstream retail structures, including Target’s systems and Walmart’s supplier processes, not just the natural channel. You’re sharp with data and Excel or Google Sheets, extremely detail-oriented, and know how to turn data into an executive summary that informs leadership what to do next. You are entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and resourceful - you build the process when one doesn’t exist, and you’re comfortable moving forward with imperfect information and proactively identifying issues.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in sales analytics, retail/CPG analysis, demand planning, category management or a related commercial analytics role
• Background at a large, established CPG company, ideally paired with at least 1-2 years at an emerging or high-growth brand
• Experience with mainstream retail structures such as Target or Walmart
• Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups and data modeling
• Experience working with retailer POS data, retailer portals, or syndicated data such as Nielsen, SPINS, or Circana
• SQL / BI-tool skills
• Familiarity with S&OP/IBP or demand planning process
