Sales support & business operations analyst

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a Sales Support & Business Operations Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to support sales activities and business operations by managing client information, sales documentation, and operational data using approved company systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales, account management, operations, and administrative teams to ensure client requirements, sales records, service information, and internal requests are accurately documented and processed efficiently. This position supports day-to-day sales effectiveness, operational coordination, and overall business performance.

Proactively manage sales-support requests, prospective client inquiries, service proposals, and account-related information across Reliable Security Staffing’s service areas, using strong organizational skills to prioritize requests and ensure accurate and timely completion of required sales documentation. Research and assist with resolving routine sales, client-account, and operational coordination issues by communicating with the appropriate sales, account management, scheduling, and operations personnel. Assist the Reliable Security Staffing sales team with maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date prospect, client, opportunity, and account information within the company’s CRM and other approved business systems. Support pre-sale and business-development activities by gathering client requirements, organizing service information, preparing supporting documentation, coordinating internal requests, and assisting sales personnel throughout the sales process. Communicate effectively with sales, security operations, scheduling, finance, administration, and other internal teams to address service requirements, request revisions, account information, documentation needs, and other sales or operational matters. Complete opportunity and client-request setup within the company’s CRM and applicable business systems, ensuring required information is properly documented so sales and operations teams can efficiently prepare proposals, coordinate services, and respond to prospective and existing clients. Identify opportunities to improve sales-support procedures, CRM data quality, internal coordination, reporting, and business workflows, and communicate recommended process improvements to appropriate team members.

What You’ll Bring

0-2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles. You are self-directed and able to quickly learn the business, its processes, and new products. You are able to work and contribute as an effective team player in a fast-paced sales environment. You have excellent organizational skills. You act as a collaborative team member with all employees across Reliable Security Staffing. You complete all training requirements commensurate with the position. You are knowledgeable in relevant tools, systems, and processes necessary to perform the role effectively.

Additional Details

This role is eligible for our remote work policy. Must be willing and able to comply with all Reliable Security Staffing ethics and safety policies.

Compensation

Salary Range: $57000– $87,400 USD annually. This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. Reliable Security Staffing complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
