SC&A is seeking an experienced professional to lead efforts supporting federal clients like the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), and other federal agencies involved in the development of federal regulations as a Senior Regulatory Specialist. Successful applicants will have a science or policy background with demonstrated experience with the Administrative Procedures Act, regulations.gov, fdms.gov, dockets, public comment management, drafting of federal regulations, contributions to basis and purpose rationale for preambles, public hearings and informational meetings, and administrative records management.
This role is designed for someone who already knows the work - an established professional who values flexibility, collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute to projects with real environmental and public health impacts.
This position is remote (work from home) and open to qualified candidates located anywhere within the United States. While periodic travel may be required based on project needs, it is not anticipated.
We will consider full-time or part-time employment.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000 DOE/DOQ (full time basis).
