As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a central role in delivering an efficient and engaging recruiting experience for candidates and hiring teams. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle, with a particular focus on coordinating hiring activity for Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. The role combines high-volume interview coordination, candidate communication, recruiting operations, and process improvement. You will partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, executives, candidates, and the broader People team. Beyond day-to-day coordination, you will help optimize systems, document processes, and contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives. You will also serve as a trusted resource for complex scheduling needs and help mentor junior coordinators. Accountabilities
- Coordinate and schedule high-volume phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring an organized and seamless experience for all participants.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to coordinate feedback, interview stages, status updates, and next steps efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruiting reports as needed.
- Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding activities throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Lead or contribute to recruiting projects focused on process improvement, recruiting technology implementations, system optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated or complex scheduling situations, resolving issues proactively and effectively.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Mentor junior Recruiting Coordinators and support team training, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition and People teams on cross-functional initiatives and programs.
- Help ensure recruiting activities remain aligned with internal policies, processes, and applicable employment laws.
- Identify opportunities to improve the speed, consistency, scalability, and overall quality of recruiting operations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition coordination, or a related Human Resources (HR) support role, with senior or lead-level experience preferred.
- Experience supporting a Go-To-Market (GTM) organization or similar commercial business function.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with experience using Greenhouse or a comparable platform.
- Practical experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), preferably Rippling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience mentoring, training, or providing guidance to junior recruiting coordinators.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to continuously develop relevant skills and knowledge.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively toward shared team and organizational goals.

- Geographic hourly compensation structure based on cost-of-labor markets: Tier 1 — SF Bay Area, New York City, Seattle: $29.46–$36.82 USD per hour. Tier 2 — Most U.S. metropolitan areas: $25.62–$32.02 USD per hour. Tier 3 — Other U.S. cities: $24.33–$30.42 USD per hour. Final compensation may vary based on experience, scope, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
