Recruiting coordinator

Trident Consulting is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for one of our clients in San Francisco, CA - Remote — a global leader in transportation technology.

Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, CA - Remote

Type: W2 Contract

Rate: $33/Hr

Primary Responsibilities

• Source candidates for Green Card (PERM) labor market testing.
• Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct approximately 20 phone screens per month.
• Coordinate candidates through the immigration hiring process.
• Support the immigration/GC team and Recruitment Manager.
• Manage candidate communication and scheduling.
• Focus on process coordination and compliance rather than full-cycle recruiting.
• More of a Talent Coordinator than a Recruiter.

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination experience.
• Strong resume screening and phone screening skills.
• Organized, process-oriented, and detail-focused.
• Comfortable with administrative coordination and high-volume workflow.
• Experience supporting immigration/PERM processes is a plus but not explicitly required.
• Doesn't need to be a senior strategic recruiter.
