Senior marketing specialist

Our client is a well-established U.S.-based manufacturing company specializing in innovative timekeeping, digital communication, safety, and security solutions. With decades of industry experience and customers across the United States, they continue to expand their digital presence and invest in modern marketing strategies to support business growth. They're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of their digital marketing initiatives, improve customer experience, and drive measurable business results through data-driven decision making.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the website in WordPress, ensuring content, navigation, user experience, and performance align with business goals and brand standards.
• Develop, execute, and optimize paid search (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other digital channels.
• Partner with sales, marketing, customer service, and leadership to identify customer journey improvements and remove friction points throughout the buyer experience.
• Analyze website, campaign, and customer behavior data to improve traffic quality, conversion rates, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Create, manage, and optimize landing pages, calls-to-action, and other conversion-focused digital assets.
• Support SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), email marketing, social media, retargeting, and marketing automation initiatives.
• Monitor key performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and present recommendations to leadership.
• Drive a culture of continuous testing, learning, and digital optimization.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience managing and optimizing WordPress websites; strong WordPress expertise is essential.
• Working knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is required, but expert-level development skills in every language are not necessary.
• Experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other digital marketing platforms; expertise in every platform is not required.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journey optimization.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of digital marketing initiatives and deliver measurable business results.
• Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Time

Rate: $10/hour
