Job Title: Senior Management Analyst

Location: Remote

Mano Lani LLC is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to support data management, real property, and business process improvement activities. This position will work with project teams and client stakeholders to review current processes, analyze information, develop documentation, and identify ways to improve the accuracy and efficiency of business operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, databases, business processes, and technical teams and can turn complex information into clear recommendations and practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review business processes, procedures, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze real property and related business information from multiple data sources.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures, process documentation, reports, and user guidance.
• Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and quality reviews.
• Review data structures and information models to improve organization and accessibility.
• Prepare reports, presentations, metrics, and recommendations for management.
• Coordinate with analysts, GIS professionals, technical teams, and client stakeholders.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, GIS, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in management analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or process improvement.
• Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and structured business information.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare clear written reports, procedures, and presentations.
• Ability to meet applicable client access requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting real property, facilities, GIS, or asset management programs.
• Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS or other GIS applications.
• Experience working with government or large enterprise organizations.
• Knowledge of data quality, metadata, or data management standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
