Senior (5+ years)
Under general direction, gathers, analyzes, and understands business needs and system design. Leads process improvement projects and applies six sigma and similar methodologies and analytics to accomplish measurable business process improvements. Communicates with users/business and IT staff to examine business processes and requests, develop complex detailed requirements, and build process flow charts for the creation of applications, systems, and enhancements. Formulates and recommends solutions and options that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and automation. Mentors and trains less experienced Business Analysts. Proficient to work at the highest level of all phases of analysis, process improvement methodologies, and project management.
Performs other duties as assigned.

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
