Project Ardhanarishvara is a flagship initiative by CX25WW focused on building a comprehensive digital ecosystem for the transgender community, enabling access to identity, education, employment, healthcare, financial inclusion, social welfare, and entrepreneurship.

The mobile application will serve as a secure digital platform connecting citizens, employers, educational institutions, NGOs, healthcare providers, financial institutions, government departments, and community organizations through a unified experience.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to lead the development of our Android and iOS mobile applications. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring expertise in building secure, scalable, enterprise-grade mobile applications with multiple third-party integrations. The successful candidate will work closely with backend developers, AI engineers, UI/UX designers, security specialists, and product leadership throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications.
• Develop reusable components and maintainable application architecture.
• Integrate mobile applications with enterprise and government APIs.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure user sessions.
• Optimize application performance across multiple devices.
• Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend engineering teams.
• Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.

Minimum Experience

5+ years in Mobile Application Development

Language Requirement

Compensation & Payment Schedule

Full-Time Employment

Compensation is processed monthly, with salary credited on the last working day of each month, subject to the terms of employment.

Project-Based Engagement

Project-based professionals will be compensated strictly based on the pre-approved project milestones defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Payments will be released only after the successful completion, review, and formal acceptance of the agreed milestone. Each milestone is considered a complete deliverable. Partial or incomplete milestone submissions will not qualify for milestone payment until all agreed acceptance criteria have been met. Timely delivery is a critical requirement. Delays in milestone completion may impact dependent activities, project schedules, and overall delivery timelines. Developers are expected to proactively communicate risks, blockers, or anticipated delays as soon as they are identified. The estimated duration of the Project Ardhanarishvara mobile application is approximately 24 months, with multiple development phases and milestone-based deliveries throughout the project lifecycle. We are looking for professionals who can demonstrate ownership, accountability, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work on schedule.
