Popl is defining a new category we call In-Person Go-To-Market. We help revenue teams turn real-world interactions — trade shows, conferences, field events, and meetings — into measurable pipeline and revenue. Our AI-native platform powers event lead capture, enrichment, and real-time CRM sync, transforming every badge scan into a high-quality, actionable lead.
In a world where digital channels are saturated, we're building the infrastructure that makes in-person GTM measurable, scalable, and revenue-driving. Our mission is simple: help companies around the world turn in-person events into a measurable & scalable growth channel.
Popl is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimize our digital demand generation engine, including paid search, AI search, SEO, email marketing, and website performance, while building the attribution systems and executive reporting these channels currently lack. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who can run channels day-to-day, manage our digital advertising agency and channel contractors, and translate performance into clear, credible reporting for leadership.
You'll report to our VP of Marketing and work closely with our Head of Content on content strategy.
Experience: 5-8+ years in digital marketing, ideally B2B SaaS.
Paid search & SEO expertise: Hands-on experience running paid search and SEO, including managing external agencies and holding them to performance standards.
AI search visibility: Demonstrated experience with AI SEO / AI search visibility tools (LLM citation tracking, AI Overview presence, answer-engine optimization).
Reporting & analytics: Ability to independently build reports and dashboards in both HubSpot and Salesforce.
AI fluency: Experience building agent skills, routines, or automated workflows in tools like Claude or ChatGPT — using AI as working infrastructure for reporting, analysis, and content operations.
Executive communication: Proven ability to build and present executive-level reporting, translating channel data into business narrative.
Vendor & content management (preferred): Experience managing agencies and contractors for channel execution and content production, with strong editorial judgment.
Mindset: Bias toward data-driven decision-making and comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage, resource-constrained environment.
Popl is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
