As Senior Credit Risk Manager you are responsible for credit risk assessment of our US SME and corporate clients. You will own a book or significant credit exposures. In addition to case processing, you will be involved in continuously improving our standards, documentation and tech stack.
You will work closely with our CRO, and colleagues from Sales, Legal, Operations, Product, Data and Risk teams.
Your daily tasks include:
Minimum 6 years of operational experience in credit risk assessment for US corporate and SME customers from a bank or fintech.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and industry-specific financial analysis. CFA or similar qualifications are a strong plus.
Analytical thinking, detail orientation and ability to quickly understand new problems and systems and work out solutions.
Experience with tools used for loan processing, credit decisioning, BI, open banking and accounting.
Project management skills and demonstrated ability to design and steer complex projects end to end.
Determination and desire to work in a team to achieve high-quality results for our customers, even under stress.
Fluent English with very good writing skills. Other European languages are a plus.
