As an IT team member, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions that are the foundation of the world class customer service that our customers expect and deserve – now and in the future. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our growing Business Intelligence CoE team. This role focuses on fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices related to data integration across the organization. The specialist will be responsible for supporting the community by providing expertise, facilitating discussions, and ensuring the successful use of business intelligence tools and techniques. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of business intelligence within our organization and contribute to the continuous development of data-driven processes.

National Range: $96,700-$145,000 High-Cost Range (includes New York): $120,900-$181,000 Disclaimer: This role is aligned to a national market-based pay range. Actual compensation will vary based on geographic location, experience, skills, and other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in a bonus incentive plan. Incentive compensation is based on individual and company performance and is not guaranteed. This role is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
