Accountabilities:

The Senior Business Operations Manager, Product Value Realization will own the governance, execution, and measurement of strategic product initiatives. This role will ensure delivery-originated requests move effectively through the product development lifecycle while maintaining accountability for business impact and measurable outcomes.

• Manage end-to-end governance for product development lifecycle initiatives, from prioritization and discovery through delivery, release, and post-launch validation.
• Review and evaluate incoming enhancement requests by validating business problems, opportunity costs, expected outcomes, and success criteria.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured initiative plans with milestones, ownership, timelines, and measurable deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional execution across product, delivery, operations, and technology teams.
• Establish and maintain frameworks to measure initiative value, including financial, operational, and performance-based metrics.
• Define and monitor input metrics such as request quality, lifecycle efficiency, and estimate accuracy, as well as output metrics tied to business outcomes.
• Validate realized value after product releases by comparing actual results against initial projections.
• Feed value realization insights back into prioritization processes to improve future investment decisions.
• Identify performance gaps, recommend corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement across processes and tools.
• Challenge assumptions, refine problem statements, and ensure initiatives are focused on measurable business impact.
• Prepare structured recommendations, executive-level reporting, and decision materials for senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment between product and delivery leadership, managing risks, dependencies, and changing priorities.
• Drive accountability by improving the accuracy and reliability of business cases used for investment decisions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical professional with experience managing complex initiatives, building quantitative business cases, and influencing decisions across large organizations. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and translating complex challenges into clear recommendations.

• 7+ years of professional experience, including experience in investment banking, structured finance, management consulting, enterprise transformation, or similarly analytical environments.
• Demonstrated experience creating, modeling, stress-testing, and presenting quantitative value cases to executive audiences.
• Strong ability to define, track, and analyze both operational input metrics and business outcome metrics.
• Experience validating delivered value against initial projections and using insights to improve future decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities across technical and business teams.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop executive-ready materials, and influence strategic outcomes.
• Comfortable working in fast-changing environments with shifting priorities.
• Experience working within SaaS, technology-enabled services, healthcare technology, or enterprise operations environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with KPI frameworks, OKRs, value realization methodologies, or operational performance tracking is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare SaaS and/or health plan operations is desirable.
