Senior business developer – federal government (it & logistics)

Miami Federal is a rapidly growing tribally owned group of 8(a) federal contractors seeking an experienced Senior Business Developer to help expand our portfolio across the federal government. Our focus includes Information Technology, Logistics, Mission Support, Professional Services, and related federal markets.

We want a hunter, a builder of relationships, someone who identifies opportunities early, supports capture strategies, and consistently delivers contract wins.

• Extensive experience in federal business development and capture.
• Demonstrated success winning contracts with civilian and/or Department of War agencies.
• Strong network of federal customer and industry relationships.
• Experience developing and executing successful growth strategies.
• Deep knowledge of the federal acquisition process.
• High energy, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Unquestioned integrity and professionalism.
