Senior analyst relations manager

SambaNova is a leader in next-generation AI infrastructure, delivering a full-stack inference platform for customers worldwide. At the core of SambaNova's technology is the RDU (Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit) — a chip built on a dataflow architecture rather than the traditional GPU model. Its decode performance is especially strong for agentic workloads like multi-turn agents, code generation, and long-running applications. RDUs are packaged into SambaRack, rack-scale hardware that lets customers deploy state-of-the-art models with better performance, greater energy efficiency, and faster time to value.

SambaNova is hiring a Senior Analyst Relations Manager to build and scale a broad analyst relations program across the hardware, semiconductor, AI infrastructure, and enterprise technology ecosystem. This role will expand awareness of SambaNova, strengthen the company’s technical credibility, and ensure the analysts shaping market perception understand SambaNova’s products, architecture, customer value, and point of view.

About the Role

This role sits within Product Marketing and works closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership. You will set the analyst relations strategy and operating cadence, build durable relationships across the relevant analyst ecosystem, and create consistent opportunities for SambaNova leaders and technical experts to engage the market. The right candidate combines strong enterprise technology judgment with the ability to turn deep technical material into clear, evidence-based narratives that build awareness and credibility over time.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a comprehensive analyst relations strategy spanning semiconductors, AI infrastructure, data center systems, cloud inference, enterprise AI, and adjacent markets
• Map the broader analyst ecosystem, identify the voices and research agendas that matter to SambaNova, and develop thoughtful engagement plans
• Build long-term relationships with analysts through briefings, inquiries, roadmap sessions, demonstrations, events, and ongoing follow-up
• Create a consistent flow of technical proof points, customer evidence, product updates, and market perspectives that strengthen SambaNova’s credibility
• Lead participation in relevant research, evaluations, and market-defining conversations, coordinating submissions, demonstrations, references, deadlines, and review cycles
• Prepare executives and subject-matter experts for analyst interactions through tailored briefing decks, talk tracks, anticipated questions, and rehearsal sessions
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive stakeholders to ensure analyst-facing narratives are technically accurate, consistent, and commercially relevant
• Bring analyst feedback, market shifts, and competitive commentary back into product strategy, positioning, go-to-market planning, and executive decision-making
• Track awareness, sentiment, share of voice, research coverage, relationship depth, and program impact; use the data to continuously improve the program
• Manage analyst-firm relationships, subscriptions, contracts, budget, and internal access to research and inquiries

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in analyst relations, product marketing, strategic communications, or a related enterprise technology role, including direct ownership of analyst programs
• A strong understanding of the analyst ecosystem surrounding semiconductors, AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, data center systems, and enterprise technology
• Fluency in technically complex B2B markets and the ability to build credibility with both technical specialists and business-focused analysts
• Experience preparing senior executives and technical leaders for high-stakes external briefings
• Excellent writing, presentation, program management, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to translate technical depth, market context, and customer proof into a clear and credible point of view
• High judgment, attention to detail, and comfort operating independently in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or significantly scaling an analyst relations program at a growth-stage technology company
• Established relationships with analysts covering semiconductors, AI infrastructure, cloud, data centers, enterprise AI, or adjacent markets
• Experience leading a major market assessment, category-definition initiative, or research engagement from planning through publication
• Experience using analyst insight to improve product strategy, competitive positioning, sales enablement, or launch planning
• Familiarity with analyst relations measurement, research licensing, vendor contracts, and budget management

Base Salary Range:

Base Pay Range $196,000—$240,000 USD
