We are NEURAL EARTH. We bring clarity to physical risk, enabling leaders to engage with confidence and enact resilient, business-critical decisions. Today's environmental, economic, and infrastructure challenges are deeply interconnected, yet the data required to understand these relationships is scattered across siloed and aging systems. Neural Earth enables operational execution, delivering a single decision intelligence platform that unifies planetary, governmental, and asset-level data, always on and always learning. This is technical work that requires patience. It requires teams willing to operate at the intersection of AI research, geospatial science, distributed systems, and enterprise deployment. It is also incredibly rewarding. Join us at Neural Earth — the next frontier is here.
Neural Earth's Revenue team is the commercial engine of the business, translating our decision intelligence platform into market opportunity, pipeline, and customer value. The team spans sales, customer success, and go-to-market strategy, in close partnership with Product and Engineering. We are building a revenue motion in a technically complex enterprise space largely from scratch, and this role is among the first two or three hires who will define how that motion actually works. You come before the Head of Sales, not after: companies that invert that order get repositioned as vendors by their own go-to-market, and Neural Earth is not doing that. The work you do here shapes how Neural Earth shows up in the market and how buyers understand what they are buying.
You have sat in the seat we are selling into. That is the job requirement. You have owned a loss ratio, defended a rate filing, and watched a vendor model tell you something about your own book that you knew was wrong, deciding what to do about it with a renewal deadline in front of you. As a Senior Actuary, Field Deployment, you are the first Neural Earth person in the room with a Chief Actuary, and often the only one: you will sit inside a carrier's book, run Prometheus against their exposure, and explain the divergence to the person whose signature is on the rate. You report to the Head of Revenue while working closely with the CEO securing revenue. This is not a sales seat with a technical wrapper. It is a practitioner seat with commercial authority: you own the account, the technical argument, and the number. This is you!
You have sat in the seat we are selling into. That is the job requirement. You have owned a loss ratio, defended a rate filing, and watched a vendor model tell you something about your own book that you knew was wrong. You bring 6 to 9 years inside a carrier, reinsurer, or MGA: pricing actuary, underwriting manager, cat modeling lead, or portfolio manager, carrier-side first, and longer than any vendor tenure. You have personal ownership of a loss ratio, a rate filing, or a treaty renewal, and can name the book, the state, the year, and the number. You have practitioner fluency in Touchstone, RMS, or AIR, as a user who distrusted an output, not as someone who sold or integrated one. You have a real network at the decision layer: fifteen or more Chief Actuaries, Chief Underwriting Officers, and Heads of Cat Modeling who would take your call today. Not brokers. Not IT. You write. You have argued a position and shown the math in a memo, a filing narrative, or a whitepaper, anything longer than a slide. You will be wrong in public. In the first ten minutes of a meeting, you will tell a Chief Actuary where our model diverges from theirs and why we might be the ones who are off. You see this as a practitioner seat with commercial authority, not a sales seat with a technical wrapper. You own the account, the technical argument, and the number. You are not an Account Executive who positions our platform as a data feed with a feature list to land a pilot, and you are not a cat modeling scientist without commercial instinct: you convert credibility into decisions, not just a well-respected pipeline.
The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $198,000 annually, reflecting progression within the role based on demonstrated growth and impact.
