- Partner with Marketing to generate nurtured contacts and drive conversion through the marketing journey; work with BDRs to improve contact-to-meeting conversion rates
- Develop detailed growth plans for key accounts (5 to 7 strategic accounts) using buying center analysis; identify and prioritize new logo targets at the top of the SAM with high-fit campaigns
- Drive active user adoption by prioritizing target personas and creating high-value use cases; convert nurtured contacts into active users through targeted enablement
- Proactively identify and mitigate renewal risks through usage monitoring and customer engagement; coordinate with Sales, Customer Engagement, and Product teams to maintain a 95%+ renewal rate
- Define which channels are included in which products for the segment; create product bundles and offers that maximize customer value and revenue potential; determine pricing and packaging strategies
- Provide customer insights and requirements to inform product roadmaps; champion voice of customer and prioritize enhancements based on revenue impact, customer demand, and strategic value
- Work with product teams to shape content strategies that drive engagement; identify content gaps and define priorities based on customer needs and revenue potential
- Develop product positioning and differentiation strategies; make recommendations on product portfolio optimization (launch, sunset, consolidation decisions)
- Create case studies, segment-specific messaging, and go-to-market materials; design Product Offer Activation programs; provide sales enablement tools and training
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, product management, or segment/customer success management, with demonstrated commercial success
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Information Services, Research and Analysis, SaaS, or a similar B2B technology industry

- Deep understanding of technical content and analysis in semiconductor or related industries
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and influence others across functions
