Your responsibilities

• Lead SAP IS-U implementation and transformation programmes from presales through to successful delivery.
• Drive business development activities, identifying and developing new opportunities within the Utilities sector.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners and the wider SAP Utilities ecosystem.
• Lead client workshops, solution presentations and proposal development.
• Design scalable SAP IS-U solution architectures aligned to customer business requirements.
• Advise customers on SAP best practices, S/4HANA Utilities strategy and future roadmap planning.
• Manage multidisciplinary consulting teams across functional and technical workstreams.
• Ensure successful project delivery across scope, quality, timelines and budget.
• Support practice growth through mentoring consultants and contributing to market strategy.

Your profile

• 8+ years of SAP IS-U consulting experience within Utilities.
• Strong knowledge of Utilities business processes including billing, customer service, metering and related IS-U functions.
• Proven experience leading SAP implementation or transformation programmes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities and modern SAP transformation programmes is highly desirable.
• Background in consulting, solution architecture or project leadership.
• Previous involvement in business development, presales or customer relationship management.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to combine strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel when required.
