Sales trainer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Trainer based in the United States.

This role is designed for a sales enablement professional who can elevate seller performance through impactful training programs and practical coaching.

The Sales Trainer will create and deliver learning experiences that improve productivity, accelerate onboarding, and strengthen sales execution.

You will collaborate closely with sales leaders, operations teams, and product stakeholders to ensure training directly supports business goals and revenue growth.

The position combines facilitation, content development, coaching, and performance analysis within a fast-paced commercial environment.

You will help sales teams master methodologies, tools, and value-based selling approaches while continuously improving enablement programs.

Accountabilities:

The ideal candidate has experience in sales training, enablement, or B2B sales environments, with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and practical learning experiences. They should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and influencing sales performance through coaching and structured programs.

• 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or quota-carrying B2B sales roles.
• Proven experience facilitating live sales training sessions in both virtual and in-person environments.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling, discovery techniques, and value-based sales approaches.
• Ability to simplify complex technical, product, or business concepts for sales audiences.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with executive presence.
• Experience developing training content, onboarding programs, or large-scale enablement initiatives.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting technology, telecommunications, cloud, networking, data center, or infrastructure solutions is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Competitive annual base salary range of $68,100–$94,200 USD, depending on experience, skills, location, and other job-related factors.
