The Sales Operations Associate is a member of the Sales Operations team. This position provides essential operational support to the sales, finance, legal and segment teams throughout the customer pre-sales, contracting, and renewal processes — including maintaining accurate contract information in Salesforce and ensuring smooth, efficient operations across all functions. This role provides dedicated Sales Operations support to the Government, Funder, and Non-Profit (GFN) segment, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations throughout the new business and renewals cycle. Please note, strong preference for someone in USA, EST hours.
