Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst for In-Store Merchandising supports all display and repack activities including commercialization, material write-offs, contract set-up, invoicing, and reporting. This position supports the IMS (In Store Merchandising) Leads and works cross functionally within Kraft Heinz and with vendors.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Vendor Contracts, Service Orders and Purchase Orders – 25%
    • Create, maintain, and roll-over year over year vendor contracts
    • Create, update, and close Service Orders (SOs) for repack production
    • Update purchase orders for red pricing
    • Ensure accuracy of pricing, quantity, and dates
  • Reporting – 25%
    • Own weekly and monthly Display & Repack reporting on topics including:
    • Contracts and Service Orders
    • Material Write-offs and red pricing
    • Sales and inventory vs. forecast
    • Repack Budget and Sales
    • Customer Fill Rate
    • Spend & Revenue (Menasha and total KHC)
    • Freight & Overhead
    • Display ROI
    • Forecast accuracy
    • Quarterly red pricing and write off recap
    • Ad-hoc requests
  • Category Assistance and Analysis – 20%
    • Weekly pull of Sauces data including forecasts, shipments and purchase orders
    • Preparation of Taste Elevation Sauces reports
    • Review all items and prepare service orders
    • Collaborate with Leads to review all items and contracts
    • Attend weekly Sauces merchandising meeting
  • Repack Commercialization – 20%
    • Manage product changes for repack items
    • Commercialize new repack items in Workflow system
    • Monitor Workflow steps and progress to hit deadlines
    • Ensure IBL extensions and material BOMs are correct in SAP
    • Enter contract for new items for costing to be completed
    • Track all items and record the progress daily
  • Repack Material Write-offs – 5%
    • Manage materials for repack packaging and semi-finished goods
    • Enter and track all material write-offs and invoices in the Write-off Tool
    • Create and communicate purchase orders for vendors to invoice
    • Attend monthly material write-off meetings with Material Managers
    • Send quarterly recap of write offs processed
  • Manages POs in the SRM System – 5%
    • Enter and track all POs for repack including:
    • Quarterly Quality Bill and Holds
    • Overtime Costs
    • Menasha Seasonal Labor
    • Overhead Rework
    • Transportation of Materials
    • Monthly Overhead Material Write Offs
    • Ad-hoc / Special service requests

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 yrs experience
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote position
  • Strong organization skills, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Developed technical skills with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate with many different levels of company management
  • Exceptional customer service ability
  • High level of professional integrity
  • Extensive analytical skills
  • CPG experience needed is preferred
  • Experience in SAP, SharePoint, and PowerBI preferred

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus:

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
