At Omnicell, you’ll help shape the future of healthcare automation and medication management. As a Sales Associate in our multi‑phase Sales Development Program, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to the full sales lifecycle, develop deep knowledge of hospital operations, and build the foundation for a long‑term, high‑impact career in healthcare technology sales. You’ll work alongside experienced Sales Consultants, Clinical Pharmacists, Nurse Consultants, Marketing, and Field Sales teams—earning the skills, insights, and confidence to move into future Sales Development or Field Sales roles.
You will complete a structured training and development pathway that blends classroom learning, hands‑on field experience, and real customer interaction. Your responsibilities span five critical areas (20% each):

Base Pay: 55K on an hourly basis with a 20K bonus variable. 75K On target earnings.
