Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer goals and recommend customized solutions. Present product features, benefits, and value propositions in a clear, compelling, and professional manner. Generate qualified leads and maintain an organized pipeline using CRM systems. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators while maintaining quality standards. Prepare and deliver personalized proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs. Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to closing and beyond. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM. Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements. Provide exceptional ongoing customer service, including policy reviews, renewals, and customer support. Collaborate with team members and management to develop and refine sales strategies and best practices. Handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to resolution. Organize your time effectively to balance prospecting, client meetings, administrative tasks, and professional development.
