Revit Architect (Virtual Assistant)

Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Architectural Firm

We’re seeking a skilled Revit Architect (Virtual Assistant) to support a U.S.-based architectural firm specializing in residential remodels, commercial renovations, and select new construction projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in U.S. construction standards, and proficient in producing high-quality architectural drawings using Revit.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, Eastern Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the architectural drawing set, including but not limited to plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents based on design concepts and project requirements.
• Create and revise building model and/or drawings using Revit (BIM), and AutoCAD (2D Drafting) software.
• Collaborate with the U.S. project team to ensure designs meet client requirements and building codes.
• Assist in preparing permit sets, construction documents, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants; ability to include HVAC, electrical, and plumbing design is a plus.
• Maintain high-quality output and meet tight project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience with U.S.-based architectural or construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit is required.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawing standards, construction methods, and building systems.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
