At Joko, we help consumers shop smarter. Our mission is to revolutionize shopping, empowering people to find what they need, make informed decisions, and save money. Founded in Paris, Joko is a tech company and certified B Corp with over 105 talents across Paris, Barcelona, and New York (and beyond). More than 6 million users already save money every day at 10,000+ merchants with Joko. From cashback and automatic coupons to price alerts and carbon tracking, we keep expanding our products to make shopping smarter. We’re now building an AI-powered shopping assistant to help users find the best products by price, quality, and environmental impact. Having reached profitability in our core market, we’re now scaling globally, with a strong focus on the US. It’s still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us!
At Joko, the Business Operations team is the powerhouse behind internal innovation. We tackle the company's most strategic and complex challenges and we don't just solve them, we turn them into long-term, scalable growth engines. Whether it's launching entirely new business lines, rethinking revenue infrastructure, or embedding AI into our operations, we lead high-impact initiatives that push Joko forward faster, smarter, and stronger. Our mission: Help Joko operate at its absolute best, every single day.
Joko is entering its most ambitious chapter yet. We just launched in the US, we're opening two new countries next year, we're spinning up new business lines, and we're rolling out Joko AI, an assistant that will fundamentally change how our users compare products and make purchase decisions. Every one of these moves runs through our B2B engine and raises the bar on how it operates. That's where you come in. Our B2B team is scaling fast: bigger merchants, more markets, more complexity. To keep them sharp, we need a Revenue Operations Manager who can turn the B2B engine into a precision machine: a clean CRM architecture, sharp analytics, streamlined processes, and the operational leverage to take the team to the next level. This is a founding RevOps role. You inherit the first implementation of HubSpot and a fast-moving B2B team, you work hand in hand with a wide network of stakeholders (Ops, Data, Tech), and you get to define what the function becomes. Few roles give you this much white space this early.
Reporting to François Panico, you will own the Revenue Operations scope at Joko and be the strategic operational partner of our B2B team (Sales, Account Management). This is a 0-to-1 mandate: you will design the systems, data, and processes that let our B2B team operate at peak speed and quality across France, the US, and every market we open next.
Experience: You have 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or Strategy & Operations, with hands-on exposure to a fast-growing B2B environment. CRM expertise: You have architected (not just used) a CRM at scale (HubSpot or Salesforce). You know how to design data models, build automations, and turn a CRM into a strategic asset. Analytical firepower: You have advanced SQL and a strong command of a BI tool (Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or similar). Tech & AI-first thinker: You reach for scalable, tech-enabled solutions before manual fixes, and get excited building automation, tooling, and data flows. You see AI as a core lever and are always exploring new ways to make work faster and smarter. Problem solver: You love tackling complex, ambiguous problems with structured thinking, creativity, and a bias for action. Operational mindset: You are relentlessly curious and detail-obsessed. You enjoy getting your hands dirty, equally comfortable in a strategic conversation with leadership and three hours deep in a HubSpot issue. Autonomy: You can own and drive complex cross-functional projects from A to Z with minimal guidance. Communication: You explain complex ideas clearly and concisely, in both written and verbal formats. Languages: You are fluent in English (spoken and written). Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, you welcome feedback and you love constantly learning and getting better.
(Some of the benefits listed below are available to full-time positions only) At Joko, we believe that flexibility and trust are essential. Our work environment reflects this through:
