About the Role

We are seeking experienced and customer-focused Licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our growing remote call center team. Candidates must hold an active Tennessee Health Insurance License at the time of application. In this role, you will assist prospective and existing customers with understanding their health insurance options, answering coverage questions, and guiding them through enrollment processes. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment while maintaining compliance with all insurance regulations.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to health insurance products, coverage options, benefits, and enrollment
• Educate customers on available plans, benefits, costs, eligibility requirements, and coverage details
• Assess customer needs and provide guidance on appropriate health insurance options
• Assist customers through the application and enrollment process
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in company systems
• Follow all Tennessee insurance regulations, compliance requirements, and company policies
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while protecting customer information
• Meet or exceed individual performance and quality goals
• Navigate multiple systems while managing active customer conversations
• Provide a positive customer experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

• Active Tennessee Health Insurance License required at time of application
• Previous health insurance sales or customer service experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in a call center, remote, or customer-facing environment
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to explain complex insurance information in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
• Comfortable working in a metric-driven environment
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and time-management skills
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional state health insurance licenses are a plus
• Experience with CRM systems, insurance enrollment platforms, or dialer systems
• ACA Marketplace, Medicare, or health plan enrollment experience
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
