Remote healthcare administrative supervisor

Turing is looking for candidates who have solid experience in office administration, team coordination, or operational supervision, particularly at the level expected for experienced office or administrative supervisors overseeing support teams in healthcare environments.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will be working on projects to help fine-tune large language models using your expertise in administrative operations and team supervision. No prior AI experience is required. These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance your field by improving administrative efficiency, communication, and process management.

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like:

• Design and solve real-world administrative and leadership scenarios to test AI reasoning.
• Write clear, structured solutions covering workflow management, task delegation, documentation standards, and performance tracking.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and operational insight.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to improve model understanding of team coordination, office communication, and administrative systems.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as an Office Supervisor, Administrative Lead, or Team Coordinator in a corporate or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of administrative operations, team leadership, and process optimization.
• Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and evaluation.
• Excellent English communication and organizational reasoning skills.
