Job Description

As a part of the Solutions Team, reporting to the Director of the ERP Solution Group, you will be responsible for delivering professional, business process consultancy to our clients across the ERP application. After gaining a full insight of their processes, you will map the requirements using Caystone, following which you will lead the Application Consultants to implement the required elements.

The Solutions Manager will also work alongside other departments including the Research and Development Team defining customer needs and product enhancements and the Sales Team on perspective job opportunities and demonstrations.

Salary: 90K - 110K

This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US.

What your impact will be:

  • Understand business needs and system capabilities to develop creative solution as per customer requirements
  • Define and document customer’s business requirements; interpret and apply the information within the scope of the project.
  • Configure the software using workflow and business rules to allow customers to conduct and streamline their business processes.
  • Work with Data Conversion Specialists to achieve a smooth transition of legacy data.
  • Be an expert on the functionality and capabilities of the software, while making enhancement requests to our product development team.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve client issues throughout the implementation process.
  • Work with cross-functional team members including Project Managers, Data Conversion Specialists, Quality Assurance, Technical Support Analysts and other Business Analysts.
  • Work with the Sales team and partners in support of new customer opportunities, including pricing, proposals, training, webinars, demos, etc.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive product positioning, product launch and other commercialization activities
  • Collaborate closely with R&D leadership on the management of new product development programs to expand our portfolio
  • Help define requirements, feature scoping, backlog management, and launch our software features.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and all levels of management
  • Lead team in the execution of the product vision by representing the voice of the customer

What we are looking for:

  • Management and Leadership skills
  • Understanding of the Utility Industry and customers we serve
  • Experience working at a Utility or with Utilities implementing or supporting core system technologies
  • Experience with Financial Systems
  • Product Line Management Experience
