  • Coordinate and maintain the Producer Recruiting pipeline, keeping candidate stages, statuses, documentation, and recruiting data accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones and prepare candidate materials for recruiting meetings and discussions.
  • Support candidate communication throughout the recruiting process, including scheduling follow-ups, providing requested information, and proactively keeping candidates engaged.
  • Maintain candidate documentation, assessments, onboarding checklists, and other recruiting records.
  • Support onboarding coordination, including 90-day activity plans and coordination with Technology and local office teams for new-hire setup and access.
  • Track recruiting activity and sourcing channel performance and support recurring pipeline reporting for leadership.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, business leaders, and other internal teams to keep recruiting activities organized, timely, and moving forward.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, HR, administrative support, recruiting coordination, or a related role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ability and willingness to learn and leverage new technology and AI tools.
  • A project-management mindset with the initiative to track deadlines, follow up, and keep work moving without needing constant direction.
