Recruiter (contract)

Seer is a remote first agency and Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in our HQ office, Philadelphia. We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours.

The Role:

You're a recruiter who moves fast without sacrificing quality, someone who doesn't wait for candidates to come to you. At Seer, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for roles across the agency, bringing the same energy to a cold outreach message as you do to a final-round debrief. You care deeply about candidate experience, treat every interaction as a reflection of the Seer brand, and know how to read people, not just resumes. This is a contract role built for someone who can plug in quickly, build rapport immediately, and leave the search in a better place than they found it.

What about logistics?

This is a contract opportunity for 10-20 hours a week. With the ability to be ongoing and tapped as needed.

Here are some highlights of what you'll be doing...

Sourcing & Pipeline

• Build and execute outbound sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative channels to identify top talent in digital marketing and adjacent fields
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for active and future roles

Screening & Candidate Experience

• Conduct recruiter screens to assess skills, culture fit, motivation, and salary alignment
• Create a candidate experience that reflects Seer's values — responsive, human, and transparent — at every touchpoint

Process & ATS Management

• Own your requisitions end-to-end in Lever, keeping candidate stages, feedback, and notes up to date
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, interview feedback, and offer strategy

Performance & Reporting

• Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates)
• Flag sourcing gaps or process friction points and propose solutions proactively

The skills you'll bring to the table…

• You have experience running full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer, with minimal oversight
• You have a track record of creative outbound sourcing that goes beyond posting and waiting
• You are comfortable managing multiple active requisitions simultaneously without losing quality or urgency
• You are a strong communicator who can represent an employer brand authentically to passive and active candidates alike
• You’re technically savvy and you can switch between platforms with ease: ATS, sourcing platforms, video calls and recordings. If you’ve not used a technology, you’re not intimidated and you pick it up quick
• You have experience using an ATS (Lever, Greenhouse, or similar) to manage pipelines and maintain clean records
• You are data-oriented — you track your own numbers and use them to sharpen your approach
• You feel energized by fast-paced environments where you're expected to own your work and drive outcomes independently
• You are skilled at building rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers in a remote setting
