We are seeking 2 Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure the quality and reliability of IT applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and lead software testing to ensure applications meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Manage change control processes to support defect-free releases.
• Create test data, document test results, and prepare QA reports.
• Analyze workflows and recommend quality improvements.
• Develop QA documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Provide regular status updates and support technical documentation as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
