Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to support a large-scale digital transformation program within a leading Mobility & Convenience organization. This role will provide PMO leadership across multiple cross-functional workstreams, partnering with Technology, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and deployment teams to ensure successful program execution.

The ideal candidate has experience managing complex technology, retail, or downstream energy programs, with strong PMO, governance, RAID management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day PMO coordination across Technology, Procurement, Finance, deployment partners, and workstream leads.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, action items, dependencies, status reporting, and governance documentation.
• Facilitate weekly leadership meetings, governance reviews, roadblock discussions, and workstream meetings.
• Drive accountability by tracking actions, decisions, risks, and issues through completion.
• Support retail technology deployments, including: Site rollout readiness, POS and store technology dependencies, Customer billing processes, Sales/CRM updates, Pilot implementations.
• Coordinate activities across business, technical, and external deployment teams.
• Escalate risks and issues proactively while maintaining alignment across multiple workstreams.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and program communications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Program Management or related field preferred).
• 7+ years of Project Management, Program Management, or PMO experience.
• Experience delivering complex: Digital Transformation programs, Technology implementations, Retail technology initiatives, Energy or downstream operations projects.
• Strong experience with: Project planning, RAID management, Governance, Dependency management, Executive status reporting.
• Experience collaborating across: Technology, Product, Finance, Procurement, Operations, External vendors.
• Ability to work effectively across U.S., U.K., and India time zones.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting retail store technology rollouts.
• Knowledge of POS systems and store technology deployments.
• Salesforce or CRM experience.
• Billing process or Accounts Receivable (AR) experience.
• Experience within Mobility & Convenience, Oil & Gas, Energy, or Retail industries.
• Experience supporting enterprise PMO organizations and digital transformation initiatives.
