We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This full-time remote position is ideal for an individual who excels at managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Position Summary

As a Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support for multiple projects while collaborating with internal departments, management, vendors, and clients. You will coordinate schedules, monitor project timelines, maintain documentation, prepare reports, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and help ensure projects progress smoothly from initiation through completion.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, an excellent communicator, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while monitoring timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Schedule and facilitate virtual meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, spreadsheets, and digital filing systems.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to project managers and leadership.
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with project planning, resource coordination, and administrative support.
  • Monitor project deadlines and proactively identify scheduling conflicts or potential risks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation.
  • Maintain confidential company and project information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and administrative processes.
  • Support leadership with additional administrative and operational responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams).
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp, or similar software is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office workspace.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and commitment to providing exceptional internal and external support.
