This role supports consulting engagements by ensuring projects run smoothly through strong organization, communication, and operational coordination.

The position serves as a key connection point between project teams, clients, and leadership stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

The Project Administrator will play a central role in coordinating project activities, maintaining high-quality deliverables, and supporting internal and external stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.

  • Coordinate project communications, schedules, deadlines, status updates, and client correspondence to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Draft, edit, proofread, format, and perform quality assurance reviews on reports, presentations, executive summaries, implementation plans, articles, and other client-facing materials.
  • Create visually engaging and professional documents that clearly communicate complex information to different audiences.
  • Develop and maintain templates, presentation formats, and documentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage project files, document libraries, shared resources, version control processes, and records retention.
  • Collaborate with consultants, analysts, sales teams, accounting teams, and leadership to support client engagements.
  • Schedule and facilitate client meetings, conference calls, and virtual discussions while ensuring proper preparation and follow-up.
  • Conduct research and contribute to business development materials, presentations, thought leadership content, and internal resources.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership teams and act as a reliable point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong writing, editing, coordination, and communication skills. The role requires someone who can manage deadlines independently, create high-quality documentation, and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to clarity and accuracy.
  • Proven experience with editing, proofreading, formatting, and document quality assurance.
  • Demonstrated project coordination and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a remote work environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms.
  • Experience conducting online research and supporting business documentation processes.
  • Strong presentation design and knowledge management skills are preferred.
  • Previous healthcare industry experience, particularly within hospital or surgical services environments, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare-related documentation is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, responsiveness, collaboration abilities, and a client-service mindset.
