This position is open to candidates who currently reside in California. In order to collaborate with nationally distributed colleagues. Employees must be available for collaboration during core hours from 9am to 2pm (PST).
The Program Assistant provides various administrative and program support within the school for a specific program(s) or department. This position works collaboratively with faculty, staff, students and community partners to maintain accurate records, monitor key deadlines, and support student success throughout the program.
Receive supervision from the varies. Supervision — indicates that the incumbent performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures or by referral to the supervisor’s guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Related administrative, student services, program coordination, data tracking, or customer service experience preferred.
Personal computer and intermediate knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, including word, excel, teams and outlook or equivalent Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).

The hiring range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00 per hour. Offers are determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographical location, knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.
