The Professional Services Consultant will play a key role in helping customers quickly deploy and maximize the value of a leading SaaS security platform. This position focuses on managing a high-volume portfolio of customer implementations while ensuring smooth activation and adoption. The role combines technical expertise, customer guidance, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency in a fast-moving environment. You will help organizations strengthen their security posture by guiding them through deployment processes and best practices. Success in this role requires strong prioritization skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to deliver impactful customer outcomes at scale. Accountabilities:

The Professional Services Consultant is responsible for driving efficient customer deployments through a scalable, self-service implementation model. The role requires balancing technical problem-solving, customer communication, and operational management to ensure customers achieve value quickly and consistently.

• Manage a large portfolio of concurrent customer deployments, ensuring accounts reach an activated and value-generating state within targeted timelines.
• Lead implementation workflows through structured communication, self-service resources, and enablement materials while providing additional support when more personalized guidance is needed.
• Monitor deployment progress daily, identify risks or blockers, and prioritize accounts requiring immediate attention.
• Troubleshoot technical deployment challenges related to customer environments and configurations, escalating complex issues with clear documentation when needed.
• Guide customers through activation and adoption of security solutions across cloud-based email environments, helping them implement best practices.
• Identify potential deployment risks, coverage gaps, or adoption challenges and proactively coordinate solutions.
• Maintain visibility across customer accounts by collaborating with internal teams and keeping stakeholders informed on progress and next steps.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing feedback on deployment processes, documentation, and customer experience programs.
• Maintain high service quality standards and contribute to customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a technically skilled and customer-focused professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced SaaS environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering consistent customer outcomes.

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, professional services consulting, implementation, or a related technical customer-facing role.
• Experience deploying and supporting enterprise SaaS platforms, preferably within cybersecurity or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and customer environments, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security concepts, and email authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Ability to analyze technical issues, troubleshoot efficiently, and translate complex concepts into clear customer-facing guidance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, automate repeatable processes, and increase operational efficiency.
• Strong customer empathy with the ability to understand underlying needs and provide practical solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms for tracking customer activities and deployment progress.
• Knowledge of APIs and integration processes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
