The Product Analyst (PA) will help strengthen the front end of our digital product and engineering delivery lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of business needs, product delivery, and technical execution. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and delivery leads to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, properly scoped, technically understood, and execution-ready before entering development.
The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis fundamentals with program delivery and technical coordination experience. They should be comfortable driving requirements discovery, facilitating cross-functional alignment, navigating ambiguity, and managing complex dependencies across systems and teams. The Product Analyst will play a key role in supporting Yearbook Technology platforms and experiences that power content creation, collaboration, workflow management, ordering, production, and fulfillment processes. This individual will help translate business needs and customer feedback into actionable product requirements while supporting roadmap execution and delivery readiness. This is not a purely documentation-focused BA role. We are looking for someone who can drive clarity, operational rigor, and execution readiness across both business and technology organizations.

Success in this role means improving project readiness, reducing ambiguity before development begins, and helping teams execute more efficiently through stronger business alignment, clearer requirements, and proactive program coordination. This role will serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring initiatives move from concept to execution with clarity, consistency, and operational discipline. Success also includes strengthening intake governance, improving delivery predictability, and enhancing collaboration across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Design teams.
