Opportunity Snapshot

Are you a highly analytical problem solver who loves uncovering insights, designing experiments, and influencing business decisions through data? Join Homeaglow as a Senior Product Analyst and help drive the decisions that shape the customer and cleaner experience across one of the nation's largest home services marketplaces.

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of product, analytics, experimentation, and business strategy. You'll partner closely with product managers, marketers, and operators to understand why metrics move, design and measure A/B tests, uncover actionable insights, and communicate findings that directly influence product direction and business outcomes.

Homeaglow is a profitable, fast-growing company operating in more than 50 metro areas across the U.S. and facilitating approximately 15,000 cleanings per week. The company is focused on building a better experience for both customers and cleaning professionals while continuing to scale a complex two-sided marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate business and product performance, identifying why key metrics change and uncovering opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, measure, and analyze A/B tests that influence product strategy and marketplace performance.
  • Work with large, complex datasets using SQL and analytical tools to generate clear, accurate insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Build dashboards and visualizations that help stakeholders understand performance and opportunities.
  • Work remotely while helping shape the future of a rapidly growing marketplace.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically rigorous professional who enjoys combining experimentation, statistics, business thinking, and data storytelling to solve meaningful business problems.

The Requirements

If this opportunity excites you and you possess the following qualifications, we'd love to hear from you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, marketplace analytics, or a similar analytical role within a technology company.
  • Strong SQL skills and the ability to independently query, analyze, and validate large datasets.
  • Hands-on expertise with experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Proven experience designing experiments, estimating sample sizes, defining success metrics, and measuring outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts, measurement frameworks, and experimental design.
  • Experience translating analytical findings into practical business recommendations.
  • Ability to build dashboards, visualizations, and presentations that clearly communicate insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong curiosity and a desire to understand the business behind the numbers.
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote or distributed environment.

Highly Preferred

  • Advanced experience with experimentation as a primary responsibility in current or recent roles.
  • Strong Python, R, or similar programming language skills for analytical work.
  • Background in mathematics, statistics, economics, data science, engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Consulting experience or a similarly business-oriented analytical role.
  • Experience supporting product, growth, or marketplace teams.
  • Advanced academic credentials in a quantitative field.

The Role

Turn Data Into Decisions as a Senior Product Analyst. As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll be responsible for generating the insights that help Homeaglow determine what to build, optimize, and scale. You will partner closely with product managers and business leaders to understand performance, measure impact, and identify opportunities that improve both customer and cleaner experiences.

The ideal candidate is comfortable moving beyond reporting and into true analytical ownership. You'll be expected to investigate problems, formulate hypotheses, design rigorous experiments, analyze results, and recommend next steps that drive measurable business outcomes.

Success in this role means

Consistently uncovering meaningful insights, improving decision quality across the organization, and helping teams learn quickly through rigorous experimentation.
