In this role, you'll work at the intersection of product, analytics, experimentation, and business strategy. You'll partner closely with product managers, marketers, and operators to understand why metrics move, design and measure A/B tests, uncover actionable insights, and communicate findings that directly influence product direction and business outcomes.
Homeaglow is a profitable, fast-growing company operating in more than 50 metro areas across the U.S. and facilitating approximately 15,000 cleanings per week. Turn Data Into Decisions as a Senior Product Analyst. As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll be responsible for generating the insights that help Homeaglow determine what to build, optimize, and scale. You will partner closely with product managers and business leaders to understand performance, measure impact, and identify opportunities that improve both customer and cleaner experiences.
The ideal candidate is comfortable moving beyond reporting and into true analytical ownership. You'll be expected to investigate problems, formulate hypotheses, design rigorous experiments, analyze results, and recommend next steps that drive measurable business outcomes.
Consistently uncovering meaningful insights, improving decision quality across the organization, and helping teams learn quickly through rigorous experimentation.
