Under the direction of the Division Procurement Director, this role leads and manages the strategic sourcing, contract administration, vendor relationship management, and overall operations for all Procurement activities across the portfolio of sites on a Client account. This position is highly visible to internal & external stakeholders and will be client-facing.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required. MBA or related Master's Degree preferred. 5+ years’ experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, ideally in Facility services, or related discipline.
Understanding of the Strategic Sourcing processes and demonstrated proficiency with e-tools such as e-RFPs, reverse auctions, e-catalogs, and contract management systems. Must possess legal knowledge, the ability to prepare/negotiate agreements & amendments, and the ability to explain to clients the specifics of the contracts. Must possess analytical and quantitative skills with ability to analyze and interpret information, data, and related documentation. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. Self-motivated and work independently to find solutions.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
