Principal project scheduler

About the role:

Remote opportunity as a contract Principal Project Scheduler. You will report to the Manager of Project Controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate tasks/deadlines and escalate issues to management
• Plan controls aspects of projects
• Consider inefficiencies for project optimization
• Apply schedule, cost and risk analytics
• Lead schedule, cost, and risk activities and communicate project requirements
• Process changes following an integrated change control process
• Review expenditures for compliance with project baselines and scope
• Maintain project metrics to ensure team, customer, and partners are informed of project status
• Develop systems, databases and procedures to ensure project understanding
• Communicate opportunities for improvement
• Be the project controls subject matter expert for internal customer's support
• Integrate goals and actions participating in matters of common concern w/ other teams

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, accounting, construction Management or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 6 or more years of experience in the position functional/technical area
• Primavera scheduling experience

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $90/hour to $100/hour.
